so im a guy who likes to keep things simple and i was wondering if i could actually get solid results through my 20s and 30s just by blasting and cruising test maybe with some anavar thrown in every summer when im lean. i dont really want to be some freaky mass monster or anything just want that impressive fitness influencer look - i know that sounds like something a soccer mom would say lol but you get what i mean. right now ive been on 350mg of test for about a month and honestly the gains have been great while dropping fat plus i have zero side effects so far which is nice. i plan to keep this recomp going until may then bump it up to 500 test and add the var in june or july once im hopefully around 10% bf. do you guys think its unrealistic to expect a top tier physique from only test or is this a solid plan to stick with?
honestly man, 500mg test and some var is plenty. people overcomplicate it with like 5 different compounds but test is king for a reason. if your diet is on point you'll definitely get that "influencer" look without looking like a bloated bodybuilder.
dude u can totally get that look with just test. most of those guys you see on IG are probably doing way less than you think (or way more but just look like that lol). as long as the bloodwork stays good you’re golden - keep it simple.

honestly 10% bf with a var kickstart is gonna be insane. just watch the hair if youre prone to shedding on var. but yeah, you dont need decca or tren to look top tier, just consistency.
test and var is literally the "aesthetic" starter pack. plenty of guys look incredible on just that. just make sure you’re actually cruising on a real TRT dose and not like "cruising" on 250mg lol. give your organs a break sometimes!
sounds like a solid plan man. i did something similar last year and the var really polished everything off once i was lean. 500 is a big jump from 350 tho so just keep an eye on the estrogen but you'll probably be fine if you're feeling good now.

"test is best" for a reason lol. the best physique is the one you can actually maintain without wrecking your health. if you keep your diet dialed in you can definitely get a top tier look just cruising and blasting test. plus your hair and skin will thank you for skipping the tren
i've been doing exactly this for like 4 years. cruise on 150-200 and blast 500 once or twice a year. it’s way easier to manage your bloodwork and you still look better than 99% of the people at the gym. keep it simple
if it ain't broke don't fix it bro. if you're already seeing great gains at 350 then 500 is gonna be a blast. just make sure you don't get greedy and start adding stuff just because you're bored.
