Be honest - when you're supposed to be cruising or focused on health, do you ever actually stay 100% on script? Or do you find yourself "accidentally" tossing in some Anadrol as a pre-workout or doubling your Test dose for a week or two just because you felt like it?
I’m about three weeks into my cruise after wrapping up a blast, and I already slipped up. I ended up popping 50mg of Adrol before hitting chest the other day. I mean, for the most part, I’m being good... mostly lol.
lmaooo "accidentally" popped an adrol... sure buddy. we've all been there tho. the flat feeling on a cruise is the worst so i get the temptation. stay strong or your bloodwork is gonna look like a car crash lol
i used to be so bad about this. i’d say im cruising but then id "top off" my test dose every friday cuz i wanted a better pump for the weekend. had to stop cuz my BP was getting spicy - be careful man!
dude the adrol pump on a chest day is literally a drug itself so i dont blame u. just dont let it become a habit or your liver is gonna be screaming at u by week 4.
honestly i stay 100% on script but only because my wife would kill me if she saw the extra vials lol. once you start "slipping up" its not really a cruise anymore is it?
i mean... what even is a cruise anyway? haha. i usually stay on script for like 2 weeks then i start getting bored and start adding in "supplements" that definitely arent just vitamins.
lol "mostly good" is the universal lifter lie. i usually stay strict on the cruise just so the next blast hits harder. if you keep adding stuff now you’re just gonna have a high baseline and nowhere to go later.
i literally did the same thing last week. was feeling flat as a pancake and "found" some var in the back of the drawer. its a slippery slope man - try to keep the health markers in check for at least a month!

man the struggle is real. i usually last about a month before i "accidentally" double my test dose for a heavy leg day. it’s like once u know how that extra power feels its so hard to just sit at trt levels and be happy with it.

haha i literally did this last week with some dbol. felt like a god for an hour then felt guilty for the next two days. its tough when ur used to being "on" all the time but try to stick to the plan for your livers sake lol.
stay strong man! the first few weeks of a cruise are the hardest because the strength starts to dip. if u start throwing orals in now ur just cheating yourself out of a good recovery. put the anadrol in a drawer and forget where u put it for a while
