at 6'1 130 you’ll probably gain a ton just from eating big and lifting consistently - newbie gains are real 💪

250mg sounds “low” in cycle terms but it’s still way above natural levels, sides can still happen

biggest challenge might be keeping the weight after you stop, appetite and strength can dip hard

if you’re that underweight dialing in calories + sleep first could do crazy things without jumping on yet
