The scary part is some guys think because they “did research online” they’re good… labs tell a totally different story.

Forums are great for anecdotes and experience, but nothing replaces actual medical advice when your hormones are involved.

It’s wild how inconsistent the advice is—one thread says do this, another says the exact opposite, and people just pick whatever sounds cooler.
