just started a 250mg test cycle and I’ve been thinking about throwing in RAD140 at around 10mg a day for the first 6 weeks just to really kick things off and see how it goes

I’ve been searching around a lot but there’s not really much solid info or proper logs on this combo most people just say sarms aren’t as good as actual orals or injectables and leave it at that

but from my own experience I’ve run RAD on its own for like 6-8 weeks before and also done around 300mg test and honestly I saw way better size gains with RAD and had less issues like hair shedding and other sides compared to what I expected

so I feel like using it at the start of a test cycle could be a decent way to push early progress while keeping sides a bit more manageable and maybe aim for something like 10-20lbs over the run

just wondering if anyone else has actually tried stacking it like this and what your results were like in real use

also 10mg might not sound like much but it still hits suppression hard, so you’re basically just adding more suppression on top of test for not always a massive return. i had better luck just running the test clean and letting it build steady instead of trying to “kickstart” it with RAD

i’ve played around with that kind of setup and honestly RAD on top of test didn’t feel like some crazy “stacked” synergy, more like it just made everything a bit more intense faster. strength came up quick but so did that slightly over-stimulated feel and sleep wasn’t as clean after a couple weeks

RAD on its own always felt a bit “cleaner” for me too compared to higher test, less of that water and weird sides. stacking it might be solid but hard to predict how you’ll personally respond

if you do run it just pay attention to how you feel week to week, that combo doesn’t really have a ton of real world consistency yet so your own response is probably the best data point

10-20 lbs is a big goal, but if your diet is dialed in, the Test + RAD synergy makes it much more achievable than Test alone. It’s a "best of both worlds" approach: the cosmetic "pop" of the RAD with the mass-building foundation of the Test. Keep the RAD at 6 weeks max, then let the Test carry the rest of the cycle.
