hey guys i know everyone is completely different when it comes to what dosage they actually need but im just wondering how 300mg of test cyp and 150 of eq would be for a starting point - like is that even enough eq to make it worth running or should i bump it up and would 16 to 20 weeks be a good length depending on how my bloodwork looks
As for the 150mg dose, it’s definitely on the lower side, but it can act like a "super-shbg-lowerer" and give you a nice steady vascularity without totally crushing your estrogen. Some guys find that EQ eats their E2 for breakfast, so starting low is actually smart to make sure you don't end up feeling like a dried-out prune with achy joints. If you hit week 8 or 10 and feel great but want more "pop," you can always bump it up then. Just keep a close eye on your hematocrit and blood pressure since EQ is notorious for thickening the blood over those long 20-week stretches. It’s a marathon, not a sprint with this combo!
Solid setup. 16-20 weeks is perfect since EQ takes forever to kick in. 150mg is a great "additive" dose to keep estrogen low and get that extra vascularity without the massive bloat. the annoying part with eq is you can spend weeks thinking “is this even doing anything” and then suddenly notice appetite, endurance and vascularity all creeping up at once lol
i actually think starting lower with eq is smarter because that compound has a sneaky way of crashing e2 or jacking hematocrit when you least expect it
length wise 16 to 20 weeks seems about right for eq but the bigger thing is whether you’re actually seeing anything worth continuing by week 10 or so instead of just running it because it’s planned
