i honestly never expected to see this many guys but there are tons of us over 50 and even 60 still living the bodybuilding life. i actually just hit 64 myself and man age is definitely not just a number. up until my mid 50s i was still moving heavy weight like it was nothing then right around 55 or 56 my back just started giving me issues from years of wear and tear so i had to totally switch up my approach. things definitely change as you get older but we still gotta keep training and holding onto that muscle-staying strong is the goal. seems like every decade you have to find a new strategy to make it work. i think it would be great for everyone if we shared our different strategies for food and training plus what we're doing for hormones and supplements too since there's so much to learn from each other

love this man, it’s inspiring to see guys pushing past 60 and still grinding hard—definitely motivates me to adjust my own training smarter as I get older

totally get what you mean about having to change strategies, my joints started acting up around 50 too, so now it’s more mobility, machines, and smarter volume

sharing tips on hormones and supplements would be awesome, I feel like that’s where a lot of guys get lost after 50

it’s crazy how much recovery changes decade to decade, but keeping muscle and strength is totally worth tweaking everything for

big respect for still showing up heavy at 64, hope we all can keep finding ways to train safely and keep getting stronger

totally agree—had to switch up my training too around 55, lighter weights, more focus on recovery and mobility

love the idea of sharing strategies, there’s so much wisdom in experience that you can’t find online

hormones definitely make a difference past 50, TRT or low-dose stuff can really help keep strength and energy

food changes too, for me protein timing and easy-to-digest meals keep me from feeling wiped

recovery is everything, joint care, stretching, and sometimes just taking an extra day makes all the difference

it’s inspiring seeing guys your age still hitting the iron hard, gives the younger guys something to shoot for
