ive been dealing with pretty bad swelling and bruising for months now and i just cant seem to figure out whats causing it

i pin every day so im pretty used to it but lately its just been getting worse instead of better

ive already tried warming the test a bit before injecting and also switched to insulin syringes thinking that might help but honestly neither made any real difference

at this point im kinda stuck and just trying to figure out what else people do to reduce pip or if theres something obvious im missing because this has been going on way too long

have you tried switching to a different brand or maybe even just a different batch to see if it stops? also if your pinning the same exact spots every day you might just have a ton of scar tissue built up and the oil has nowhere to go so it just sits there and causes a mess. maybe try hitting some new spots like lats or ventroglutes if you haven't yet just to give your usual areas a break. but yeah if it's legit bruising for months i'd definitely look at the oil itself because that is not normal at all lol. hope you get it sorted because that sounds like a nightmare.

if it’s been months and it’s actually getting worse instead of settling down i’d honestly stop assuming it’s just normal pip. daily pins should usually get easier not turn into a constant bruise fest. could be the carrier oil, bad batch, or even just irritation from too many same spots getting hammered. also insulin pins can sometimes make it worse if you’re just shallow depotting oil that doesn’t like that route. i’d rotate sites harder, maybe switch compound or source for a bit, and if swelling is big and lingering i’d not ignore infection type stuff either. that’s not the “push through it” category anymore imo.
