i ignored mobility completely- now my hips sound like rice krispies
thought more sets = more gains and just buried myself every workout
Oh I 100% dirty bulked way too hard gained strength but also a whole new waistline I had to fight for months
Skipped back work early on because “I can’t see it in the mirror” — big regret. Took forever to build it later
I trained like a maniac but slept 5 hours a night and ate random junk. Basically spinning my wheels
Ego lifting was my downfall. Benched more than I should’ve and my shoulders still remind me
the biggest mistake was program hopping every 3 weeks. Consistency beats everything in year one
