I wish I knew how long this actually takes. I expected visible changes in like 2 months and got discouraged way too fast

not tracking food at all. I was just “eating clean” and hoping for the best lol turns out that means nothing

I wish I knew how important consistency was. I kept program-hopping every few weeks thinking there was some “secret routine” I was missing.

Sleep. 100% sleep. I trained hard and ate decent but was staying up till 2am gaming every night wondering why I looked flat all the time 😅

Not every workout needs to destroy you. I thought if I wasn’t sore for days it didn’t count… just ended up tired and spinning my wheels.

I wasted so much time fearing carbs lol. Once I actually ate enough rice/potatoes my lifts and size finally started moving.

comparing myself to enhanced dudes online. Messed with my expectations big time. Progress felt way better once I focused on my own lane.
