just curious for those of you who have ran insulin or are currently using it have you actually seen a big change in your physique or training performance or is it kinda overhyped
like did it really make a noticeable difference for you or was it more subtle than people make it sound online
trying to get a real idea of how dramatic it actually is in practice not just theory or bro talk because i keep hearing mixed stuff some say its a game changer others say its not that crazy unless everything else is already perfect
from what ive seen insulin is one of those things thats either magic or just extra fat depending on how dialed in everything else is. dudes act like its instant freak mode but if your food timing training and discipline arent locked down it can turn into a real spicy way to just get fluffy
yeah if your diet isnt 100% on point you will just get soft and watery real fast. it’s not like tren where you just look better no matter what you do lol. it basically just forces all the nutrients into the muscle so if you eat like crap your gonna look like crap. its definitely not overhyped for the high level guys but for the average gym rat it might be more trouble than its worth with all the timing and blood sugar monitoring you have to do. if you decide to try it just start super low and have your carbs ready because that hypo feeling is no joke man.
when everything else isn’t dialed though, it doesn’t really save much. seems way more subtle and conditional in real life than the hype makes it out to be.
