I might be one of the few people who actually swears by DHB. I’ve been microdosing it daily, which honestly makes the PIP a non-issue for me. But lately, I’ve been hearing from a few sources that the raws are getting a lot harder to track down—kind of like what happened with Primo and Mast.
If you couldn't get your hands on it, what would you swap it for? I’m looking for something that isn’t just "low dose Tren" since that’s a different beast entirely. What do you guys think would be a solid alternative that gives a similar feel or result?
Honestly man, the raws situation is a mess right now. If I couldn't get DHB I’d probably look at Primobolan but you’d have to run it at a much higher dose to get that same "pop" and hardness. It’s definitely more expensive but it’s the closest thing to that clean, dry look without the crazy mental sides of tren.
DHB is so unique because of that specific "dry fullness" it gives. A solid swap could be Masteron, especially if your body fat is already low. It wont give u the same raw strength gains as DHB but the cosmetic effect is pretty close. Just watch out for your hair if ur prone to shedding lol.
I’ve heard the same thing about the shortage. If you want something that isn't tren but still packs a punch, maybe give NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate) a shot? It’s wetter than DHB for sure, but if you keep your diet tight and your estrogen in check, the lean tissue gains are amazing and it’s way easier on the joints.
daily microdosing is the only way to survive DHB lol, the PIP is legendary. If u have to switch, maybe try Trestolone (MENT) at a super low dose? It’s a totally different feel and u gotta be careful with the gyno, but in terms of sheer "anabolic power" without feeling like a zombie, it’s a contender.
honestly nothing really feels exactly like DHB, but a lot of guys are moving back to high-dose Equipoise (EQ) when they can't find it. You gotta run it for like 16 weeks to really see the magic, but it gives that same vascularity and endurance. Just keep an eye on your hematocrit- that stuff makes your blood thick fast.

maybe try npp? it’s definitely "wetter" than dhb so you’d have to watch the diet more but in terms of how you feel on it i think its a decent middle ground if you keep the dose reasonable.
its getting so hard to find the good stuff lately smh. if you want that dry cosmetic look without the tren sides maybe look into tbol? obviously its an oral so different vibe but the results always remind me of a dhb run
