Hey guys. I've been pinning 57.5mg of Test Cyp every other day, which averages out to about 200mg a week. Last week, I hit my shots on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, then went in to get my blood drawn on Wednesday. My results just came back showing total test at 1924 ng/dL and free test at 573.1 pg/mL. I’m still waiting on the E2 numbers to show up.
Honestly, these numbers seem incredibly high for just 200mg a week. I should also mention I'm running Primo at 100mg a week, but I've only been pinning that twice weekly. Is it normal to respond this well, or is something potentially off here?
secondly man don't even worry about the primo showing up on those specific numbers because it doesn't cross-react on a standard total test lab anyway. it’s just the test cyp doing all that heavy lifting on the results. since you're a powerlifter having your free test that high is basically a superpower for your strength and recovery so as long as your health markers stay clean you are in a golden spot. just wait for that e2 to come back because with that much test floating around it’s definitely gonna be up there even with the primo acting as a mild ai. crazy response though seriously!
also wednesday after saturday tuesday timing isn’t exactly some deep trough either, so labs can definitely look spicy depending where you caught it. i wouldn’t instantly assume mutant genetics or bunk math, some people just get way higher numbers off “normal” doses than forum averages would make you think.
primo can also mess with shbg and make free test look even crazier sometimes, so i’d really wait til e2 and the rest come back before spiraling. honestly if you feel good and blood markers aren’t a dumpster fire, being a cheap date isn’t the worst problem to have.

honestly those numbers don’t automatically scream “something is wrong,” some people just respond way stronger than average and also the timing of the blood draw can make things look higher than your true steady state. you tested pretty close to recent pins so you’re likely catching a peak rather than a clean trough, which can skew total and free test up a lot. primo at that dose probably isn’t doing much to inflate test readings directly either. i’d wait for the e2 and maybe repeat a proper trough test later before assuming anything is off, because individual response + timing usually explains this more than anything being broken.
lso some people just sit way higher than average on what looks like a modest dose on paper, it’s pretty individual. primo at that amount isn’t going to meaningfully skew test readings either. i’d be more interested in what your next bloods look like done at a consistent trough with the same protocol before assuming anything is wrong.
that’s actually not that crazy tbh especially pulling blood the day after a shot, you basically caught it near peak. some guys just respond like that too, ive seen people hit 1500+ on like 140mg lol. primo might be skewing things a bit on paper but it’s not pushing your test that high or anything. id check where you land right before your next shot for a trough, that’ll give you a way better idea of what 200 is really doing for you
also some people just respond strong to test, like you’ll see guys at 200mg sitting anywhere from 900 to 2000 depending on metabolism and SHBG. primo at that dose isn’t really pushing test up either so i doubt it’s “messing” with the result
you pinned tues thurs sat then tested wed so you’re basically catching a pretty fresh peak in levels not some true steady state average, that alone can push numbers way higher than what people expect on paper
