so i been massing on a cruise dose of like 125mg for 4 months now and i’m ready to finish off this bulk with a moderate blast- i want to keep side effects as low as possible. i was thinking about doing 300 test and 300 mast p and maybe adding some gh or mk677 to help with my sleep and keeping my tendons healthy while i’m pushing heavy weight. i keep hearing conflicting stuff about mast though some guys say it builds muscle just as well as anything else but then others say its basically useless unless your cutting and just want that hard look. also can i actually use the masteron to keep my estrogen in check?

honestly man mast is a sleeper for bulking- people say it’s only for cutting because it makes you look grainy but it definitely adds lean mass. i ran 300/300 test/mast last year and the strength gains were solid plus i didn't look like a bloated water balloon the whole time. it’s not as "strong" as deca for pure weight but the quality of muscle is way better.
on the estrogen thing- it doesnt actually lower your e2 levels on paper it just acts like an anti-estrogen at the receptor site. it’s kind of like a masking effect... it might keep you from getting spicy nips or bloat but your bloodwork will still show high estrogen. if your a heavy aromatizer you might still need a tiny bit of arimidex but mast definitely helps keep the sides down.
i’d go with the gh over the mk677 if you have the budget for it. mk makes me so hungry i end up eating the whole fridge and the water retention is annoying... gh is much better for the "health" side of things like sleep and tendons. 2-3 ius of real gh is a game changer for recovery when your pushing heavy weight on a blast.
be careful with the "low side effect" mindset though- mast can be pretty rough on the hair if your prone to balding since it’s a dht derivative. also watch your lipids... it tends to tank your hdl way faster than test does. just get your bloods done halfway through to make sure your cholesterol isn't trashed.
mast doesn't really do anything for tendons- in fact some guys say it makes their joints feel a bit dryer if their e2 gets too low. if tendon health is the goal stick with the gh or maybe look into bpc-157. mast is great for the "look" and the strength but it’s definitely not a healing compound lol.
