I'm looking for a bit of guidance here. I’m 43 and I've been on Sustanon 250 for about three months at this point. I’m still carrying a decent amount of fat around my midsection, so I'm wondering if I should just keep going with what I’m doing or if there’s a better option out there for me.
On top of the physical side, I’m really trying to dial in my mental energy and get some more clarity and sharpness back. I've also been thinking about dipping my toes into the world of peptides. Does anyone have some solid advice or a good direction for me to head in? I'd appreciate any help you guys can give. Thanks!
it definitely helps with that deep sleep and overall brain power which sounds like exactly what you are hunting for. just keep grinding on the diet because no amount of test is gonna outrun a bad kitchen setup unfortunately. stick with it though because once that mental fog lifts everything else just falls into place way easier!
