the mental part would probably be the worst. Low energy + flat mood hits harder than anything physical

I’d just focus on sleep, food, and light training. Basically treat it like recovery mode instead of “loss mode”

Been off before and yeah… first few weeks kinda suck but it does level out eventually

Staying busy helps a lot. When you sit around thinking about how you feel it gets way worse

Not gonna lie I’d probably be grumpy as hell for a bit 😅 but three months is doable if you ride it out
