hey everyone

im looking for some input from anyone whos actually successfully lost a massive amount of body fat and got lean. i’ve been lifting for about 10 years now but i was a pretty obese kid and teen and now that im in my mid-30s i still havent ever really seen myself shredded. honestly ive just been stuck in this endless cycle of bulking and cutting but never really getting anywhere with either of them

for the last 18 months i decided to just stop the back and forth and focus purely on getting as lean as possible before i even think about a bulk again. but as i get lower in body fat im starting to notice this weird soft flabby texture on my lower glutes and upper thighs. its not like thin hanging skin or anything but it just feels super stretchy and saggy and soft if that makes sense

for the guys who have been through this does it eventually tighten up on its own? do i just need to keep pushing and lose the rest of the stubborn fat to see what im actually left with underneath?

just for context i am enhanced- running test mast var and hgh right now and im about to add clen and t3 into the mix. im lifting 5 days a week hitting about 20k steps a day plus 3 liss sessions at the gym. current weight is 92kg at 5'11 and my calories are down to 1700 a day. i do a refeed every 10 days where i'll bump carbs to like 500g and keep fats around 50g

really appreciate any advice you guys have because this texture thing is starting to get in my head a bit thanks!

been there man. that "squishy" stage is the absolute worst part of a cut. i lost 60lbs a few years back and went through the exact same thing on my lower back and stomach. it’s usually just fat cells filling with water as they empty out - keep pushing and eventually it "whooshes" away and tightens up.

at 5'11 and 92kg you still have a bit of a way to go to see that "shredded" look especially if you started heavy. the soft texture is actually a good sign though! it means the fat is breaking down. stubborn fat is always way softer than the firm stuff you lose at the start.

bro 1700 calories with 20k steps AND lifting is aggressive as hell. you're definitely working for it. just be patient with the skin - it takes way longer for the skin to retract than it does to lose the actual fat. give it time before you stress too much about it being permanent.

honestly it might just be the "paper bag" effect. when you've been big the skin loses some elasticity. the mast and var should help with the grainy look once you get lean enough but you might just have to get down to like 85kg to see the real result. stick with it man you're doing the work!

lmao the 10 day refeed is probably the only thing keeping you sane right now. i wouldn't worry about the flabby texture yet - its totally normal during a long cut. just keep the hgh running as that’s probably your best bet for the skin quality anyway.

congrats on the consistency man 18 months is a long time to grind. i notice the "squish" happens right before a big drop on the scale. it’s like your body is holding onto water in those spots. dont let it get in your head, the plan is clearly working if youre getting that low.

careful with the clen and t3 on top of everything else since your cals are already so low. you dont want to flatline your metabolism too early. but yeah - the soft stuff is just the last of the stubborn deposits. it gets uglier before it gets better unfortunately!

honestly man - that soft texture is usually just what happens right before the fat actually drops off. we call it "whooshy" fat lol. if you've been heavy since you were a kid your skin has a memory but if you keep pushing it usually tightens up once the actual lipid count drops lower. just stay the course.

20k steps AND gym sessions on 1700 cals? dude you are an absolute machine. i had the same thing on my lower back and glutes when i went from 120kg down to 85. it looked like cottage cheese for a month then suddenly it just smoothed out. dont let it get in your head its part of the process.

Coming from a fellow former big guy, the skin is always gonna be a bit "stretchier" than someone who was always thin. But with the HGH and the mast you're running, you have the best possible tools to keep the skin quality decent. Just dont rush the clen yet - wait til you hit a real plateau.

that "squishy" fat is actually a good sign. it means the fat cells are holding onto water as they empty out. keep hitting those refeeds to flush the cortisol and it’ll eventually tighten up. you're 92kg at 5'11 so you're still carrying a good amount of mass - just keep digging.
