I'm thinking about jumping on a Test and HGH cycle to really push my physique further. For a bit of background, I'm 28 now - I trained consistently from 13 to 23 but then took a massive break and didn't lift at all. I just got back into the swing of things about 5 months ago, so I figured it was time to get some baseline blood work done to see where I'm starting from.

Honestly, the results kind of blew me away. My total testosterone came back at 1678 and my estradiol is at 58. That seems crazy high for a natural, right? Is there something that could be throwing off the lab results or maybe it's just an error?

As far as what I'm running, I've been on 2mg of Reta for the past 6 weeks. My supplements are pretty standard - creatine, ashwagandha, tongkat ali, fish oil, and I take 1mg of finasteride daily. I did a 3-month stint with mk677 but I've been off that for about 8 weeks now. I don't see how any of that would push my levels that high.

I'm 7 weeks into a cut and feeling it. My energy and strength are dipping, and my libido is pretty much non-existent lately. I'm planning to bump my carbs back up and eat at maintenance for a while to see if that helps.

For my next round of labs, I'm checking:

  • Total and Free Test
  • Estradiol
  • LH and FSH
  • GH and IGF-1

What do you guys think? Should I go ahead with the Test and GH or should I hold off for a bit? Any insight on those high readings would be huge.

1678 natural is wild not gonna lie. i’d def re-run labs before making any big decisions just to rule out a weird test or timing thing

being deep in a cut can mess with how you feel even if numbers look good on paper. low libido and energy sounds more diet than hormones to me

reta shouldn’t be pushing test that high but labs can be funky sometimes esp if sleep or stress was off. second draw will tell a lot

honestly if your levels are really that high i’d hold off on jumping on test for now. no rush when you’re already in a good spot

smart call adding LH FSH and igf1 next time. that’ll give you a way clearer picture of what’s actually going on under the hood

dude... 1678 ng/dL while natty? that's literally insane lol. honestly if your libido is dead and you feel like crap i’d bet anything those labs are wrong or your body is just under crazy stress from the cut. definitely re-test before you start pinning because you might just be a genetic freak and u dont want to shut that down for no reason.

i've heard of tongkat ali bumping things up a bit but not to 1600+ levels man. that's like pro-athlete tier. since you're only 5 months back into training your body might just be in a weird hyper-responsive state but i'd definitely wait for the LH and FSH results. if those are low it means something else is going on.

wait u were on mk677 fairly recently? it shouldn't affect your test like that but who knows with some of these sources... sometimes they lace stuff with cheap orals. the non-existent libido at that high of a number is a huge red flag though. stay at maintenance for a few weeks and get the new labs before u decide.

man if my test was 1600 natty i wouldn't touch a cycle lol. you're already at "enhanced" levels naturally. the low energy is probably just from the 7 week cut- 28 is still young but cutting hard always sucks the life out of u. eat some more carbs and see if the libido comes back first.
