has anyone else had weird issues when they go to mix there reta? i got a 15mg kit from qsc back in november or so and the first 5 vials were totally fine but then i went to add the bac water to this last one and it just looked all slimy and gross it took forever to actually dissolve and now the whole things cloudy. i think i remember reading a post a while back where someone had the exact same thing happen on here but i cant find it.
honestly should i just bin it or is it still safe to use i dont want to waste it but i dont want to pin something that looks like that lol lmk what you guys think
man i wouldn't risk it if it's cloudy. reta should always be crystal clear after it sits for a bit. if its "slimy" it sounds like there was some weird leftover solvent or something in that specific vial. better to lose 50 bucks than get an abscess lol
ive seen this happen with a few qsc kits lately. sometimes its just the puck was compressed too hard but if it stays cloudy after an hour id definitely toss it. just not worth the risk of pinning a bad batch
same thing happened to me with a different source once. i tried to "save" it by adding more bac water but it just stayed murky. usually means the peptide has crashed or its contaminated. bummer about the wasted vial though
lol "slimy and gross" is definitely a red flag. peptides should basically disappear into the water. if its acting like a science experiment in the vial just bin it bro. better safe than sorry
wait- did u let it sit for like 20 mins? sometimes they take a minute to fully hydrate especially if they were stored in the freezer. but if its been an hour and it still looks like milk... yeah toss that shit
u probably found the same thread i saw a few weeks ago. basically everyone told that guy to bin it too. qsc is usually decent but no lab is perfect- u probably just got a "friday afternoon" vial haha
damn that sucks especially since the first 5 were fine. i'd probably reach out to them with a photo even if u dont expect a refund- just so they know their quality control is slipping on those batches
did u change your bac water brand or is it the same bottle? sometimes a different ph in the water can make it go cloudy but if nothing changed on your end then its definitely a manufacturing issue with the puck
honestly man just trash it. the stress of wondering if you're gonna get a fever isn't worth the cost of one vial. grab a fresh one from the kit and hope the rest are okay like the first ones were
