Hey everyone, I'm really hoping for some advice here. I’ve been stuck with tennis elbow in my right arm for about seven months now. It all started after I did an hour of knuckle pushups, and ever since then, it just won't go away. The more I try to keep up with my lifting and calisthenics, the worse the pain gets.

I’ve honestly tried every physical therapy move I could find online, but nothing seems to work. I’m really trying to avoid surgery if I can help it, so I was wondering if there are any AAS or other compounds that might actually help speed up the healing process? Sorry if this is a repeat question, but I haven't been able to find much on this specific situation. Thanks!

honestly the biggest thing that helped me was actually backing off way more than i wanted to, every time i pushed it i reset the clock

i wouldn’t expect AAS to magically heal a tendon, muscles yeah but tendons are slow and annoying

some guys swear by things like PRP or seeing a good sports doc instead of random exercises online

gripping stuff made mine way worse, even things i didn’t think about like pulling doors or typing a lot

patience sucks but tendons don’t care about motivation, they heal on their own schedule

might be worth getting real imaging done if it’s been 7 months, at least you know what you’re dealing with
