hey has anyone actually tried injectable b-12? im mostly looking for real world anecdotal reports from you guys since i dont always trust the official stuff i read online
what kind of positives did you actually notice? like did it actually help with anything or were there any negatives i should watch out for. im thinking about adding it to my routine for those supposed energy and metabolism boosts everyone talks about but im also kinda wondering if its just a total marketing gimmick and a waste of money?
