ive been reading that estrogen helps you get higher igf-1 levels from your gh which basically makes the gh way more effective so i guess that means having higher e2 is better if your running it

so i got two questions-1) does it work in a way where it actually lowers your total estrogen levels? and 2) is it even worth it to spend the money on gh if im using an ai that keeps my e2 on the lower side? i dont want to waste my stuff if the ai is just gonna kill the igf-1 benefits so let me know what you guys think about their being a sweet spot for this stuff

yeah the estrogen and igf-1 connection is real, estrogen actually upregulates gh receptors in the liver which is where most of your igf-1 gets produced so crushing your e2 with an ai does genuinely blunt some of the benefits.. to answer your first question no gh doesnt lower your estrogen levels directly, those are two pretty separate pathways. to your second question its not like the gh becomes worthless with low e2 but youre definitely leaving gains on the table if youre running it with crashed estrogen, its kind of like having a fast car but only putting cheap fuel in it. the sweet spot most people land on is keeping e2 in a comfortable range, not tanking it just to avoid sides, and honestly if youre only using an ai because youre scared of a little estrogen it might be worth reconsidering how aggressive youre being with it. gh is expensive enough that you want everything dialed in to actually get your moneys worth out of it

there’s probably a sweet spot somewhere in the middle where you’re not bloated and emotional but also not dry and miserable all the time 😂

estrogen does play a role in how the liver responds to GH and IGF-1 output but it’s not like higher E2 automatically equals better GH results in a straight line way
