hgh dosage for better sleep?

im running 10iu right now and honestly my sleep is absolute trash. i keep waking up like 5 or 6 times every single night and its driving me crazy maybe that dose is just way too high for me?

has anyone else messed around with their units to find that sweet spot for actually getting a good nights rest because right now im just tired all the time even though im on the good stuff... id love to hear what dose worked best for you guys or if i should try pinning at a different time of day to stop the waking up- let me know what you think because i need some sleep lol

10iu is a massive dose man! No wonder you aren't sleeping. Most guys find that once they go over 4 or 5iu the "growth lethargy" hits during the day but the sleep actually gets worse because of the carpal tunnel or just general restlessness. Try dropping it down to 2 or 3iu for a few days and see if you stop waking up. You can always titrate back up slowly once your body gets used to it.

Bro 10iu is pro-level territory lol. If you're waking up that much it might be your blood sugar crashing in the middle of the night. HGH messes with your insulin big time. Try eating a small snack with some slow carbs before bed or just drop the dose way down. I found that 2iu right before hitting the pillow makes me sleep like a baby but anything over 5 keeps me tossing and turning all night.

honestly i had the same problem when i tried to be a hero and run high doses. i switched my pin to first thing in the morning instead of before bed and it helped a ton with the nighttime waking. it’s like my body was too "revved up" to actually stay in deep sleep when i pinned at night. give the morning pin a shot before you give up on the 10iu but seriously thats a lot of juice haha.

Are your hands numb or tingling? Sometimes that waking up is actually just the start of carpal tunnel from the water retention. 10 units is a lot of fluid for the joints to handle. I’d definitely back off the dose and see if it helps. Sleep is where you actually grow anyway so if the HGH is ruining your rest its basically working against you at this point!

10iu is a massive dose for anyone not trying to turn into a literal mutant lol. i'm not surprised your sleep is wrecked... i start getting "gh dreams" and waking up every hour the second i cross 4 or 5 units. honestly you might want to scale it back a bit and see if things settle down.

lol "10iu" and "bad sleep" go together like peanut butter and jelly. it’s probably your blood sugar dropping or spiking throughout the night that’s waking you up. have you tried checking your glucose levels? if i were you i'd drop to 4-5iu and see if you actually start feeling rested again.

man 10iu is huge! i get the best sleep of my life on 2-3iu but once i go higher than 5 the carpal tunnel and the middle-of-the-night wakeups start hitting hard. maybe try splitting the dose? 5 in the morning and 5 post workout instead of all at once might help your body handle it better.

honestly more isnt always better with gh... if you aren't sleeping you aren't growing anyway right? i found my sweet spot was 4iu right before bed but some guys swear by pinning in the morning so it doesn't mess with their natural spikes at night. definitely worth a shot to switch the timing.

10iu is definitely enough to mess with your insulin sensitivity which can totally ruin your sleep quality. i bet if you dropped to 5iu you'd actually look better because you’d be getting real rem sleep. being tired all the time while on a "growth" cycle is the worst feeling ever.

you getting any hand numbness too? usually at 10iu the carpal tunnel is what wakes me up lol. if it’s just random waking try eating a small amount of slow carbs before bed so your blood sugar stays stable. but seriously 10 units is a lot of gear man- stay safe!

i tried 8iu for a while and had to stop because i was a zombie during the day from waking up so much. went back down to 4iu and the "god tier" sleep came right back. sometimes the side effects just outweigh the gains when you push the dose that high.

are you using pharma or generic? generic stuff can be all over the place with purity which sometimes makes the sides way worse. regardless... 10iu is a pro-level dose. if you aren't 250lbs+ you probably don't even need that much to see amazing results.

lol "i need some sleep" is a mood. try pinning half in the am and half in the pm. or just take a couple days off the gh entirely to let your system reset and then come back in at a lower dose. your body is clearly trying to tell you something!

i've heard some guys say that high dose gh causes a bit of sleep apnea or just heavy snoring because of the soft tissue swelling in the throat. if you're waking up gasping or just feeling unrefreshed that might be it. 2-4iu is the "health and sleep" range - 10iu is the "i want to grow a second head" range haha.
