I just got my bloodwork back at the 7-week mark of my 200mg Test E cycle. Everything looks solid for the most part, but I noticed my TSH is sitting at 4.66. Looking at the symptoms for hypothyroidism, it honestly feels like a perfect match for what I've been dealing with lately.

I went back today to get a more detailed panel-TSH, T4, and T3-so I can actually have something to show an endocrinologist when I get an appointment. Those results should be in sometime this week.

My main question is how I should move forward with my plans. If I end up getting prescribed T4 and manage to get my levels back into a healthy range, how much is 4IU of GH going to mess with those numbers? I’m trying to figure out if it’s even worth starting the growth yet or if it’ll just make the thyroid issues harder to manage.

yeah man, a TSH of 4.66 isn’t crazy high but it’s definitely worth looking into, especially if symptoms line up

good call getting the full panel, T4 and T3 will give way more clarity than just TSH alone

i’ve seen GH shift thyroid labs a little, mostly by lowering TSH and sometimes free T4, so it could complicate things if you start it now

personally i’d wait until you’ve got the full panel and talked to an endo before pinning GH, just to avoid confounding the results

if you do end up on T4, GH can still work but you’ll want your thyroid dialed first so you’re not chasing numbers

4IU isn’t huge, but it can still nudge metabolism and lab readings, so yeah it might make interpreting things trickier

sounds like you’re thinking about this the right way—get baseline thyroid sorted, then layer GH on top

i’d also track symptoms as well as labs, sometimes labs look okay but you’ll still feel off if thyroid isn’t optimized

once your thyroid is stable, GH usually works better and you’ll notice benefits faster, rather than fighting fatigue and sluggishness at the same time

honestly, just take a minute and get your endo involved, it’ll save a lot of guesswork and stress in the long run
