it’s kind of a double-edged sword because gh helps with the "look" but if your thyroid is crashed you’ll just end up holding a ton of water and feeling even more tired. i’d definitely wait for those results first

4iu is a pretty beefy dose for someone just starting gh. if u do decide to run it maybe start at 2iu? it might be less of a shock to your system while your trying to fix your thyroid meds

did u check your iodine intake at all? sometimes that can mess with things too. but yeah if your t4 comes back low while your tsh is high it’s a pretty clear sign of hypo. hang in there man the meds make a huge difference

interesting about the growth... i've heard some guys say gh actually helped their thyroid but the science usually says it just depletes t4 faster. definitely talk to that endo about your plans so they can monitor u properly

7 weeks into 200mg test and having issues sucks man. usually that’s the "honeymoon phase." just stay patient- once u get the thyroid fixed u’ll probably find that the 200mg works way better than it is now

keep us updated on those t3 and t4 numbers!! if they’re at the bottom of the range even with the tsh being high then u definitely need the support. dont rush the gh- the gains will be there when youre healthy!
