so i just started seeing this longevity doctor and they did a massive round of bloodwork on me. my vitamin d levels came back at 20.1 which is basically right on the edge of being severely low since they told me anything under 20 is dangerous territory. now that i've been reading up on it i keep seeing all this stuff about how being deficient can cause serious depression and anxiety plus brain fog and just feeling totally drained. honestly i been dealing with a lot of that lately. especially now that the sun is going down so early and the weather is getting crappy. it really seems to be hitting me harder this year. just curious if anyone else has supplemented d3 because they were low? did you actually notice a difference with things like your mood or focus or is it just hype? i really hope it helps with this lethargy cuz i feel like i cant connect with anything lately.

stick with it and recheck labs later. it’s one of those boring fixes that actually works sometimes
