best way to cut with var and test prop?

im looking for some advice on the best way to lean out using anavar and test prop. at first i was thinking about running the var at 100mg every day but i been reading lately that might be way too much and now im just kind of confused lol. should i stick to like 50mg or maybe 75mg? also what do u guys think for the test prop dose to go along with it?

im planning on doing an 8 week cycle total. just for some context im 52 years old 5 foot 10 and sitting around 238 lbs right now. really just trying to cut down and get the fat off so if anyone has some experience with this combo let me know what worked for you because i dont want to overdo it or mess up the dosages.

100mg of var is definitely overkill man- your liver will be screaming at you by week three lol. i'd stick to 50mg and just make sure your diet is 100% on point. at 52 you dont want to put extra stress on your organs for no reason. 50mg is plenty to see some crazy strength and hardening.

honestly at 238lbs the best thing u can do is keep the test prop on the lower side- maybe like 300-350mg a week. itll help you drop the water and see the progress better. if u go too high on the test you might just bloat up and hide all the work the anavar is doing.

i ran 50mg of var last summer and it was awesome for leaning out. i tried 80mg for a week and just got the worst back pumps ever- like i couldnt even finish my workouts. stick to a lower dose and just let it work over the full 8 weeks. slow and steady is the way to go at our age!

for the prop i would definitely pin every day or at least every other day to keep your levels stable. since u are 52 maybe look into getting some joint support too because var can sometimes make things feel a bit "dry" if u know what i mean. but yeah- definitely dont do 100mg of the var thats just madness lol.

8 weeks is a solid run but keep an eye on your blood pressure man. var and prop can both spike it a bit especially if you're carrying some extra weight right now. maybe start the var at 40 or 50 and if you feel great after two weeks then bump it up a tiny bit? no need to rush into the deep end.

man i wish i was doing a cut right now lol. for the test prop i’d say 100mg every other day is a classic for a reason. it keeps things simple and you’ll know pretty quick if u need to adjust. just be ready for all those pins- prop can be a bit bitey sometimes! good luck on the cut brother.

honestly 100mg of var is way too much for a first go especially at 52. your cholesterol will be absolute trashed by the end of it. id stick to 50mg max- i did that last year and the strength was still through the roof without feeling like my liver was melting.

for the test prop i'd keep it around 300mg a week. it helps you stay way drier than test e and since your 238 you really dont want any extra water bloat making you look soft. just stay consistent with the pins and the weight will fall off if your cardio is there!
