I'm trying to figure out if Primo actually gets better at really high doses or if there's a point of diminishing returns. Right now, I'm wondering if running something like 400-500mg is plenty when you're already stacking it with a solid amount of Test and some NPP. Or, does it actually make a noticeable difference to push it up toward 700 or 800mg a week?
I’m just trying to avoid wasting gear if the extra amount doesn't really bring much more to the table in terms of gains. Would love to hear your thoughts on where the "sweet spot" usually is for you guys.
i tried 800 once and honestly didnt feel that much different than 500. primo is a slow burner anyway so you're better off just running 400-500 for a longer cycle than blasting a huge dose for 8 weeks. save your money bro
i found my sweet spot was right around 600. once i went to 800 i just got way more shedding and didnt really notice more strength or anything. plus pinning that much oil every week is a total pain. stick to the lower end
primo is the king of diminishing returns imo. it’s so mild that people think "more is better" but your body can only grow so fast. keep it at 400 and focus on the food. the npp/test combo is already a killer stack
the npp is doing the heavy lifting for the mass anyway so the primo is really just there for the cosmetic effect and to keep the water off. id stick to 500 max. anything over that is just expensive pee at a certain point haha
honestly primo at 800mg is amazing for the look but it starts getting super expensive lol. if you're already running test and npp i think 400-500 is the sweet spot. you'll get the hair thinning and the crushed e2 way before you get double the gains by going higher
Honestly 400-500mg is usually the sweet spot for most guys. If you're already running test and npp you're gonna have plenty of growth anyway - pushing primo that high usually just gets expensive for not much more muscle.
just watch your estrogen if u go that high with the primo. it acts like an ai for some people so if u push 700+ it might crash your e2 even with a good bit of test. maybe start at 500 and see how the bloods look?
i've pushed it to 800 before and the only thing that really changed was my hair falling out faster lol. primo is subtle so u might not even "feel" the extra 300mg but your wallet definitely will. id stick to the lower dose.
primo is one of those things where more is usually better but the cost to benefit ratio goes way down after 600mg. with npp in the mix u should be getting plenty of strength and fullness anyway - save the extra gear for next time.
the "sweet spot" is usually whatever doesn't crush your hdl lol. 500mg is a solid dose and very safe. if u want more out of the cycle id honestly just slightly bump the npp instead of doubling down on the expensive primo
