so im wrapping up my first cycle ever and obviously i want to keep as much of this new muscle as i possibly can but i've also been dealing with some nagging injuries that i know really need some rest if they're ever gonna get better

people always say you gotta keep the training intensity exactly the same if you dont want to lose your gains but i'm wondering how true that actually is? if i keep my diet dialed in where it needs to be is it okay if i cut my training volume down by like half? like if i go from 6 days a week to maybe 3 or 4-would i still keep most of what ive built or am i just gonna shrink back down right away

just trying to figure out a way to let my body heal up without losing all the progress i worked so hard for so any advice on how to balance post cycle recovery with keeping the mass would be awesome thanks
