I’m looking for some input on the best way to run testosterone if the goal is just to add more mass. Right now, I'm trying to decide between a couple of different approaches. Does it make more sense to go with a classic 500mg a week and stack that with some Anavar, or should I keep the test lower at 250mg and run 50mg of Var instead?
For some background, I’m 38 years old, 5'10", and currently sitting at 178 pounds. My body fat is around 11% so I’ve definitely got plenty of room to grow from here. I just want to make sure I'm picking the right path to maximize growth without overcomplicating things. What do you guys think would be the better call for someone with my stats?
