newbie test stack with an oral kickstart

so im basically a beginner when it comes to gear i mean i messed around with some stuff back in my early 20s but i had no clue what i was doing back then lol. now that im in my early 30s i want to get back into it and do it right this time i guess. im looking at running 500mg of test and i want to do an oral kickstart to get things moving.

my goal is just some lean to moderate muscle gains nothing too crazy. i cant decide if i should go with anavar at 50mg a day or maybe dianabol at 30mg for the kickstart part? i’m 5'11" and sitting at 210 pounds right now so i got a decent base but i just want to see what u guys think would be better for someone in my spot or if one is way better than the other for those kind of gains

man if youre looking for lean gains i would definitely go with the anavar. dbol is awesome for strength but itll make u hold so much water that youll look like a thumb for the first month lol. 50mg of var with 500mg of test is a classic for a reason - you’ll stay dry and actually be able to see the muscle youre putting on.

honestly at 210 pounds you already have a solid base so dbol might just make u feel sluggish and bloated. i tried dbol as a kickstart once and the back pumps were so bad i could barely finish my deadlifts. anavar is much "cleaner" and it wont mess with your appetite as much so you can actually eat the food you need to grow.

welcome back to the game bro! since youre in your 30s now your body might react a bit differently than it did in your 20s. i'd stick to the anavar because its way easier on the blood pressure. 500mg of test is plenty to get you where you want to be anyway so the var is just a nice little cherry on top.

if u want "lean to moderate" then var is the winner 100%. dbol is for when u want to look like a house and dont care about losing your jawline for a few weeks lol. 25-50mg of var a day is plenty to get that strength up and start the cycle off on a high note. just make sure you have your pct ready!

i always tell people to skip the dbol unless they are trying to hit a new powerlifting total or something. it’s fun for the first two weeks but the water weight is a pain. 50mg of anavar is much better for that aesthetic look you seem to be going for. plus you wont have to worry as much about gyno flares like u do with dbol!
