hey brothers

so i've never actually used b6 before but i always see guys talking about taking it whenever there running tren or deca cycles. im just curious what kind of dosage you guys usually go with and if it actually makes a difference? i dont personally touch deca and ive retired from the tren game myself - thank god - but i still see b6 mentioned all the time so i wanted to see what the deal was. thanks for any info guys

b6 gets brought up a lot cuz some guys feel it helps with prolactin sides, especially on 19 nors

it’s not some magic fix but it can take the edge off for some people

like most things it seems pretty individual, works great for some and barely noticeable for others

yeah b6 gets tossed around a lot with 19-nors, mostly for prolactin stuff from what i’ve seen

i tried it on tren back in the day too, honestly hard to say how much it helped vs just lowering the dose lol

most people seem to stay under 200mg daily to be safe long term

if you’re not running deca or tren you probably don’t need it at all
