quick question about vitamin b6

hey brothers so i've never actually used b6 before but i always see guys talking about taking it whenever there running tren or deca cycles. im just curious what kind of dosage you guys usually go with and if it actually makes a difference? i dont personally touch deca and ive retired from the tren game myself - thank god - but i still see b6 mentioned all the time so i wanted to see what the deal was. thanks for any info guys

overall it’s a mild tool, not a fix for bad cycle design or high doses
