if you gotta stay 100% legal, most people just lean into basic supplements tbh - nothing crazy but they do work if diet/training are on point
creatine is still probably the most legit “legal” thing you can take for strength and size - boring but effective 💪
those “legal steroid” products pop up all the time… some people swear by them, others say it’s mostly hype
probation-safe usually means protein, creatine, preworkout, stuff like that - not super exciting but safe
might be worth waiting it out then going wild later better than risking problems over a supplement 😅
