I always enjoyed posting my workouts and checking out what everyone else was up to - it's a great way to pick up new ideas. It might just disappear into the abyss since it isn't a sticky, but whatever, I’m gonna give it a shot. Here is what I did for leg day. Let’s get after it 😎
Warm up Adductors/abductors - worked my way up to the full stack for 5 sets each.
Barbell Back Squats (Hypertrophy focus) Stuck with sets of 10 today:

225 lbs x 15 (Back-off set)
Standing Leg Curls My knees were feeling a bit touchy after the squats so I took these slow:

Standing Calf Raises Kept it light for 4 sets (didn't track the exact weight).

solid leg day man that’s a lot of volume 😮💨 those squat sets of 10 will humble anyone
respect for listening to your knees and slowing it down on curls - that stuff catches up to you if you ignore it
i like the close stance machine squats at the end, brutal but such a good finisher
honestly miss seeing workout logs like this, always steal at least one idea lol keep posting em
legs must’ve been toast after those drop sets 😅 let’s get after it for real
damn that’s a serious leg session, my quads hurt just reading it
sets of 10 on squats always feel easy til they absolutely don’t
smart call slowing down on curls, angry knees ruin everything
that close stance machine work at the end is pure evil in the best way

calves getting love too, rare sight lol respect
those drop sets had to be brutal, walking out the gym must’ve been a struggle
