I sent a message over to WWB about 24 hours ago and haven't heard a peep back yet. Does anyone know if they're currently down or having issues? I'm trying to figure out if I just need to be more patient or if I should be worried.
honestly 24 hours is nothing for them sometimes lol i wouldnt sweat it yet. they usually take like 2 or 3 days to get back to me especially if its during a busy week. just hang tight man your probably fine.
i sent an email last week and it took them like 48 hours to reply back so your still in the clear. they arent the fastest at cs but they always pull through eventually. i'd give it another day before you start worrying for real.
dude its wwb... they operate on their own timeline haha. i've had times where they answer in an hour and other times where it takes 3 days. as long as the site is still up i wouldn't stress it too much yet.
did you check your spam folder?? sometimes their replies go straight there for me for some reason. but yeah 24 hours is pretty standard for these guys so dont panic.

dont panic yet! sometimes they go dark for a day or two if they're restocking or dealing with a bunch of orders. i’ve had them take 3 days before and everything turned out totally fine. just be patient and dont double message or they might put you at the back of the queue
same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. i was stressing too but they finally got back to me on day 3. i think they just have a tiny team handling a ton of people. if you dont hear anything by the weekend maybe try reaching out again?
lol welcome to the waiting game. wwb is notorious for being a bit slow on the comms side of things. as long as you used the right email/proton address i wouldnt worry too much. they're definitely still active as far as i know
