Hey everyone, glad to be here! I just joined the group and I’ve been really enjoying all the great info you guys share.
I’m trying to wrap my head around the actual differences between KLOW and GLOW peptides. I’ve been dealing with some nagging tendon pain in my elbows and forearms lately, so I was thinking about starting a cycle of GLOW to see if it helps.
On top of the joint issues, my gut has been a mess - constant inflammation and what’s likely IBS. I’ve heard that KLOW might be the better play for gut health and general wellbeing.
So, I’m curious - what are the main things that set these two apart? And if I’m strictly looking to fix my tendons, which one do you think actually works better?
From what I understand GLOW is more straight-up tissue repair, while KLOW is basically GLOW plus extra anti-inflammation. So for tendons both could help, but KLOW might calm the irritation too
If you’ve got elbow pain AND IBS-type stuff, KLOW makes more sense to me. Kill two birds with one stone
for elbows and forearms I’d lean GLOW, that’s where I felt the most relief… KLOW was nicer on my stomach tho, less bloating and bathroom drama lol. if both are wrecked you might end up wanting both eventually 😅
From what I’ve seen GLOW is more the skin hair joints vibe while KLOW gets hyped more for gut and overall recovery, but honestly a lot of it feels like branding more than magic differences. For angry elbows I got more relief from just backing off volume and doing boring rehab stuff than any peptide lol. If your gut is wrecked too that alone can slow healing like crazy.
For tendons specifically I wouldn’t expect miracles from either, that stuff heals slow no matter what you throw at it. I tried one of those “glow” type blends and my skin felt nice but my elbow still hated me lol. Eccentrics and backing off the movements that piss it off helped way more than any vial did.
from what I’ve seen people usually lean GLOW for joints and soft tissue stuff and KLOW more for gut and overall “feel better” type benefits. elbows can be stubborn as hell tho so don’t expect miracles overnight also fixing training volume helped mine more than anything
my elbows were wrecked from lifting and honestly no peptide fixed it overnight GLOW seemed to take the edge off a bit but the real change came from backing off heavy curls and adding more warmup stuff. tendons are slow as hell to heal
