yo so im just starting to look into the whole competing scene and i want to try pairing insulin with my gh run. i was wondering what your guys experience has been like running them at the same time - like does it actually make that much of a difference? also im looking for a solid source for humalog... i already have one guy i go through but im always looking for others just in case so if u have any recommendations let me know.

Be careful with the slin man, that’s the one thing that can actually take you out if you mess up the timing. If it’s your first time, make sure you have someone nearby and plenty of fast carbs on hand. The GH/slin combo is legendary for growth but it’s high stakes for sure.
yo just a heads up, asking for sources is usually a quick way to get banned from these boards lol. but seriously, if it's your first time with slin, start way lower than you think you need. humalog hits fast and it doesn't play around.
Honestly, the difference with adding insulin is massive, but you gotta be 100% on your nutrition. If you miss a meal or miscalculate your carbs by even a little bit, it’s game over. I’d stick to your current source if they’re legit - jumping around for slin sources is risky because you need to know exactly how potent it is.
i ran that combo last year for a prep and the fullness was insane, but i also got way more bloated than usual. you really have to dial in the timing with your pre/intra workout carbs. definitely dont go "pro" doses right away, start with like 2-4iu and see how you feel.

if you're doing humalog do it post workout with at least 10g of carbs per IU. some guys do pre but for your first time definitely do post so you dont go hypo mid-set. its a scary feeling when the sweats start hitting and you still have 2 sets of squats left lol.
the gh actually makes you a bit more insulin resistant so running them together actually makes sense from a biological standpoint. it keeps your blood sugar from getting too crazy from the gh alone. just start super low- maybe like 2 or 3iu max to see how u react.
bro be careful with that. insulin isnt like test where a mistake just gives you some acne. make sure you have someone with you the first few times you pin it just in case. stay safe man.
first time competing? honestly man i'd just stick to the gh for now. slin is amazing for mass but it can make you look soft and bloated if you dont know exactly what your doing with your diet. get the gh dialed in first then maybe think about slin for the next prep
