i feel you on the nerves... i always get scared i'm gonna wake up and be "fat" again. what helps me is tracking my waist measurement instead of just the scale. if your weight is going up but your waist stays the same or only grows a tiny bit, you know you're doing it right. the scale is a liar during a transition!

just add a bit more rice or an extra potato to your meals and call it a day man. it doesn't have to be a scientific operation. your body is probably begging for the nutrients anyway. as long as your protein is high and you aren't doing a "dirty bulk" with pizza and donuts you'll be gtg

honestly the mental part is the hardest lol i usually just add like 200-300 calories of carbs mostly around my workout and see how i look after a week. if im not getting too soft i'll bump it up again but yeah flipping that switch is scary as hell after a long cut

dont overthink it too much man. just start eating a bit more of the stuff your already eating. i usually just add an extra snack or make my rice portions bigger and the scale starts moving slowly- as long as your lifts are going up your doing it right

i feel you on the nerves... i always feel like im gonna wake up fat the next day if i eat a surplus. what worked for me was "reverse dieting" where u just add like 100 cals a week until your at maintenance then go into the surplus from there. takes longer but helps with the anxiety for sure

more carbs is definitely the move. i love the extra energy in the gym once the food kicks in so just enjoy the pumps and dont worry about the scale too much- its mostly just water and glycogen anyway at first

its basically that simple yeah but i'd say ease into it gradually so you dont just bloat like crazy. i usually just add a bit more protein and some extra oats in the morning and call it a day. your gonna feel way stronger once those calories hit your system!!

honestly just take it slow at first or youll just end up bloated and feeling like crap. i usually just add an extra 200 cals of rice or something and wait a week to see if my weight spikes too fast. the strength gains make the extra food worth it though

i feel this so much its such a mind game lol. one day your counting every gram of fat and the next your trying to force down more food. i usually just try to keep my meals the same but bigger portions so i dont have to think about it to much

its a slow process if u wanna keep it lean- just bump up the carbs around your workout and you'll feel like a god in the gym. the pump you get once those glycogen stores fill back up is the best part of the whole transition honestly

i always freak out when the scale jumps 3 lbs in the first two days but remember its mostly just water from the extra carbs. dont panic and cut back just stick to the plan and let your metabolism catch up to the new food

man just enjoy the extra energy!! i usually just add a big bowl of cereal or something easy before bed and it does the trick. as long as your hitting your protein and your lifts are going up your golden- dont stress the small stuff
