I’m finally getting back into the swing of things after recovering from yet another hernia surgery. I had to take about 9 weeks off total—3 before the procedure and 6 after—but I’ve been back grinding for a couple of months now. Currently, I’m running 400 Test, 180 EQ, and 150 Deca.
I just booked a beach trip for about 4 months from now, so I’m looking to swap things up to get that peaked look. The plan is to drop the EQ and Deca entirely and switch over to 400 Test, 300 Mast, and 200 Tren. I’ll probably make a few minor tweaks as I go, but the goal is to run this right up until the day I leave - likely double-dosing the day before I hop on a long-haul flight.
For context, I’m 6', 218 lbs, and a recent Dexa scan at my gym put me under 15% body fat. My diet is dialed in and I'm seeing good progress, but I really want to hit that grainy, vascular look—striations everywhere like I’m posing for a magazine cover.
I don't usually jump straight from one blast into another, but these doses feel manageable enough that I think I'll be fine. Would love to hear your thoughts or any advice you guys have on the switch. Thanks!
damn 218 at 15% is a solid base to start from. tren and mast together is basically the holy grail for that grainy look so you’ll definitely hit that goal for the beach. just watch the blood pressure on the flight if ur double dosing right before!
9 weeks off and already back to 400 test plus the rest? youre a machine lol. honestly that swap to tren/mast is gonna make you look like a different person in 4 months. enjoy the vacation bro.
be careful with the tren if its your first time using it after a surgery. the strength gains come so fast u might accidentally strain something before the internal stitches are 100% ready for it - speaking from experience here haha
looks like a solid plan. i usually find that mast helps a ton with the tren side effects too. maybe keep some caber on hand just in case the 200 tren starts messing with your head or sleep?
ugh i hate the long haul flights while on cycle. make sure u stay super hydrated and maybe wear compression socks? especially if ur double dosing the day before. dont want to deal with any clotting issues mid-air.
4 months is plenty of time to get shredded at sub 15%. that tren/mast combo is gonna have u looking like a magazine cover for sure. post some progress pics once the striations start popping!
sounds like a fun trip man. just a heads up - tren makes me sweat like a pig so if its a tropical beach trip be ready to carry a towel everywhere lol. the look is worth it though.
congrats on getting back after the surgery man, hernias are the worst. that new stack is going to make a massive difference for the "grainy" look compared to the deca/eq bloat. 200 tren is a sweet spot for looking insane without losing your mind- just keep an eye on your cardio
6' at 218 is a big frame, if you're already under 15% you're gonna look like a literal superhero once the mast kicks in. my only advice is maybe don't "double dose" right before a long flight... the extra blood pressure and sitting still for hours is a recipe for some nasty cramps or worse. just pin normal and enjoy the trip
mast and tren together is the ultimate "magazine cover" combo for sure. since you're dropping the deca you might notice your joints feel a bit more "dry" or clicky, so just be careful with the heavy lifting as you get leaner. those striations are gonna be popping by week 8
honestly if you've been "grinding" for a couple months since the surgery, just make sure your bloodwork is halfway decent before jumping into the tren. it’s a manageable dose like you said but tren is still tren lol. the visual changes at 10-12% bodyfat are gonna be wild though
