Hey, I'm trying to get a thread going for everyone to share their experiences with DHB. I'm curious to hear from people who have actually run it - what did you like about it, or what did you absolutely hate?
I’m planning to start a run soon and want to eventually titrate my dose up to 540mg per week. If you’ve got any info, tips, or just want to talk about how it treated you, please chime in. I'd appreciate any insight you guys can give!
oh man dhb is my absolute favorite for the look it gives but the pip is no joke. i hope you got a good source because some of that stuff feels like getting kicked by a mule in the leg lol. the gains are super dry though almost like a better version of eq without the hunger
540mg is a pretty hefty dose honestly. i ran 300mg and felt like a god but once i tried pushing past 400 i started getting these weird night sweats and felt a bit anxious. just take it slow with the titration and see how your body reacts
if ur gonna run it that high make sure u have some extra carrier oil or something to cut it with. dhb is notorious for crashing or just being super painful to pin. i used to mix mine with my test in the same syringe and it helped a ton with the soreness the next day
dhb is the king of "grainy" muscle. you’ll look harder than you ever have but god the lethargy is real for some guys. i had to keep my carbs pretty high or i just felt flat and tired all the time. curious to see how you like it compared to tren
honestly i hated it lol. the results were cool but i spent the whole cycle feeling like i had a permanent flu. maybe my dose was too high or something but just watch out for that "dhb flu" people talk about. some guys get it and some dont so hopefully ur one of the lucky ones
dhb is amazing for the look it gives you but man the pip is the real deal. sometimes it feels like being kicked by a horse for three days straight lol. just make sure you go slow with the injections or mix it with some other oil to thin it out
540mg is a pretty solid dose for dhb. i ran 400mg last year and the strength was insane but the night sweats were no joke. keep a fan by your bed and plenty of water nearby cuz u will wake up soaked.
honestly it’s like a drier version of primo but way more powerful. only thing i hated was the "dhb flu" i got for the first week or so. if u feel like u have a cold after the first few pins just push through it usually goes away.
dhb is one of my favorites for a lean bulk. it doesn't mess with my appetite like tren does which is a huge plus. the only downside is finding a source that doesn't make the pip unbearable - good luck with the run man!
u really gotta be patient with it. it takes a few weeks to really kick in but once it does the fullness is crazy. id recommend starting a bit lower than 540 just to see how your body handles the inflammation though.
