so ive been running test p for like 4 months now started at 30mg a day and just bumped it up to 60mg recently after titrating from 30 to 40 then 50 with labs done at 50mg a couple weeks back. everything in my bloodwork looks solid except obviously my lh and fsh are completely shut down. ive been itching to add something new to the mix but couldnt really make up my mind. ive been leaning out slowly just eating at maintenance most days and dipping into a deficit once or twice a week. currently sitting at 185lbs maybe 12-15% body fat i got a visible 4 pack without even flexing and veins are popping in my legs and arms.
im not really chasing that super dry grainy look so im thinking about throwing in some dbol just pre-workout maybe like 5-10mg to get that fuller rounder look. my e2 was sitting at 20 on 50mg of test p daily and since i dont really aromatize a ton i wonder if bumping to 60mg and adding dbol only on training days-like 3 or 4 times a week-is a smart move? or are there better "wet" compounds out there for that full pumped feel? i got some primo on hand if e2 spikes to much hoping to keep it around 25-35 on the 60mg dose. i know dbol turns into that methylestradiol stuff instead of regular e2 so you cant really control it the same way which is why i figured just hitting it pre-workout a few days a week would be better. what do you guys think?
10mg dbol pre-workout is a vibe man. you get that crazy "alpha" feeling in the gym and the pumps are insane. since you're already pretty lean with leg veins and everything you’re gonna look like a balloon in the best way possible. just watch the blood pressure cuz dbol can spike it fast even at a low dose
honestly if your e2 is only at 20 on 50mg of prop you definitely have room to play with. dbol is awesome for that "full" look but don't expect the labs to make sense afterward since methylestradiol doesn't even show up on a standard sensitive e2 test lol. just go by how your nipples and mood feel
i do the same thing with 10mg dbol only on leg and chest days. it’s way better than running it every day because you don't get that "moon face" look as bad but you still get the strength boost. if u got primo on hand you’re basically set- just add like 100mg of primo a week if you start feeling too soft
why test prop for 4 months? those daily pins must be getting old by now haha. but yeah for mass and "wet" gains dbol is king. if u want an alternative maybe look at anadrol? it gives a way more "aggressive" pump but dbol is definitely better for that smooth round muscle look you’re talking about
dbol is fun for the fullness but yeah that methylestradiol is no joke. if you're already sitting at 20 e2 on 50mg of test p you probably have plenty of room to grow though. maybe just start with the 5mg and see how the "mood" is before bumping it up?
honestly 5-10mg of dbol pre-workout is such a classic move. since your e2 is already on the lower side it might actually make you feel way better- plus the pumps are gonna be insane. just keep an eye on your blood pressure if you start holding too much water.
if you already have the primo on hand that’s a great safety net. but honestly at 10mg dbol only 3-4 times a week you probably wont even need it. that’s a pretty low dose- just enough to get that "always pumped" look without turning into a water balloon lol.
have you thought about anadrol? i know you said you wanted "wet" but 25mg of oxy pre-workout gives a way crazier pump than dbol imo and doesn't mess with the estrogen quite the same way. but if you want that smooth/full look then dbol is definitely the king.
185 at 12% is a solid spot to be man. 10mg dbol pre-workout is gonna make those arm veins look like garden hoses lol. do it for a few weeks and see if the scale jumps too fast from the water.
just a heads up- dbol back pumps are real lol. if you start doing heavy deadlifts or squats on it you might feel like your lower back is gonna explode. maybe keep some taurine on hand just in case?

you’re doing it the right way with the labs and the slow titration. most guys would just jump to 50mg dbol every day and wonder why they feel like trash. 10mg pre-workout is a smart "finish" to a lean bulk or maintenance phase. good luck with it
