I am getting ready to start my very first cycle and I am trying to decide on the best approach. My plan is to run 300mg of Test, but I am debating whether I should add 7iu of HGH to the mix or just stick to the Test solo for now.

What do you guys think? Is it better to keep it simple for the first time around, or is adding the HGH worth it? I want to make sure I am doing this the right way from the start.

7iu of gh right out the gate is absolutely overkill for a first cycle especially on only 300mg of test. you’re gonna wake up with hands that feel like frozen sausages and the carpal tunnel might get so bad you can't even grip a barbell properly. hgh is amazing for skin and recovery but it’s a slow burn and you really don't need that much to see the benefits—most guys stay around 2 to 4iu for months. i’d honestly just run the test solo so you can learn how to manage your e2 and see how your body grows on its own without the gh bloat masking everything. save that money for some high quality food and just enjoy the newbie gains because they’re gonna be awesome regardless. simple is always better when you're just starting out bro!

adding HGH right away kinda muddies the water, cause if anything feels off you won’t really know what’s causing it. a lot of guys end up wishing they had a “clean baseline” first before stacking extra variables on top.

for a first run i’d honestly keep it simple and just see how you respond to the test on its own before adding anything else in. once you stack too many new variables at the start it gets hard to tell what’s actually doing what, good or bad. HGH can be useful but it’s more of a long game thing anyway, not something you really “feel” in the same way early on. if it were me i’d run the test solo, learn how your body reacts, then decide later if adding anything actually makes sense instead of front loading everything at once.

first run id 100 percent keep it just test so you actually know what your body does before tossing extra shit in. 7iu gh right out the gate sounds like overkill anyway unless you really love numb hands and burning cash. simple is way easier to manage when something feels off and honestly 300 test alone will probably do way more than you expect first time.

for a first run i’d honestly just keep it simple and do the test solo. 300mg is already gonna feel like a big change on its own, and it lets you actually see how you respond without stacking too many variables at once
