Hey swoldiers. I’m about two months out from starting my next run, so I’m trying to stock up now on whatever is going to give me that peak mental high. I’ve messed with most compounds at this point, though I’ve never actually tried Sustanon, Dbol, or any SARMs. The only things I'm definitely staying away from are Tren - because I just can't deal with the aggression - and Winstrol. Winny is a bummer to drop, but it absolutely trashed my liver and lipids last time.
The best I’ve ever felt in my life was on 500 Test and 200 Primo a week, topped off with 50mg of Winstrol daily. I looked incredible, but my joints were popping so loud I sounded like a 90-year-old in the gym. Between the joint pain and the bloodwork showing my liver was struggling, I had to call it. It’s a shame because, mentally, I was on top of the world.
So, what’s the move if I want to max out that mental "alpha" feeling without the health risks? I’m open to pretty much any suggestions as long as it isn't going to put me in the dirt. What are you guys running when you want to feel your absolute best?
ngl chasing that “mental alpha peak” is usually the trap that ends with you feeling amazing for a few weeks and then slowly realizing everything else is getting worse around it. the compounds that give that super on top of the world feeling tend to be the same ones that hit joints, lipids or mood the hardest long term. if you already found your best “feel good” combo and it came with noticeable bloodwork and joint cost, that’s kind of the tradeoff baked in. most guys I’ve seen who stay feeling good longer term end up dialing it back and prioritizing consistency over that short spike feeling.
that “best mental state ever” phase is usually where everything is just in that perfect balance and once you try to chase it again it never really feels the same lol. for me the cleaner compounds and lower chaos setups always gave more of that stable confidence instead of the up and down hype feeling that eventually turns into burnout
