Hey guys, I just hit my goal weight of 175 pounds after cutting since June. Now, I want to start a slow bulk and add some serious mass. I am looking into starting a real cycle, and I keep hearing that test and var is a solid combo. I would really appreciate any advice you have. Also, if anyone can recommend a good source for var, that would be great since I keep hearing about bunk stuff going around.
nice work on the cut, that last bit is always the hardest part honestly. for the lean bulk i’d just say keep it simple at first and don’t get too caught up in stacking a bunch of stuff right away, test alone already does a lot when food goes up and training is solid. var gets hyped a lot but quality is all over the place so that’s where people usually run into disappointment
Congrats on hitting 175 man that is a solid foundation to build on. Test and Var is a legendary first cycle because it’s basically the gold standard for adding quality lean tissue without blowing up like a water balloon. The Var will give you that crazy strength and skin splitting pumps while the Test does the heavy lifting for the actual mass. Just a heads up though, definitely don't skip the liver support with the orals and keep an eye on your lipids because Var can be surprisingly harsh on your cholesterol for such a "mild" drug. As for sources, nobody is gonna drop names here because that’s a quick way to get the sub nuked or catch a ban—you gotta do your own digging on the private forums for that. Stick to the plan and you're gonna look like a completely different person in 12 weeks!
