hey guys so i had some vials that were starting to crash a bit so i put them on my mug warmer this morning and then completely blanked on them... i totally forgot they were even there and now like eight hours later of course their blazing hot but they actually look totally normal now so are they still good to use? or did i basically just wreck everything by letting them sit that long-any advice would be awesome thanks!

honestly it's fine lol. unless you were literally boiling them for 8 hours straight the hormone itself is pretty heat stable. the only real worry is the carrier oil going rancid but a mug warmer shouldn't get that hot

if they didn't change color or get all cloudy you're probably fine. most of that stuff is more resilient than people think. just let it cool down naturally and check if anything crashes out again

i’ve done the same thing with a heating pad before and it was totally fine. just give it a good swirl once it's back to room temp and if it stays clear you're good to go. just don't make it a habit haha

as long as the rubber stopper didn't melt or get weird i wouldn't worry. the carrier oil acts like a heat sink anyway. just pin it and see if you get any more pip than usual, but you likely didn't "wreck" it

8 hours is a long time but mug warmers usually only get to like 120-130 degrees? that shouldn't be enough to denature the compound. if it looks clear and smells normal it’s definitely still usable

Oof I’ve done something similar heat usually isn’t great for peptides tho… 8 hours sounds like a lot. I’d probably play it safe and not use them

if they were “blazing hot” that long I wouldn’t trust it better to lose the vial than risk putting degraded stuff in your body

Mug warmer is clutch for quick fixes but yeah 8 hours is basically cooking them sucks but I’d toss personally

Not judging at all - ADHD brain here and I forget things constantly but yeah that’s way longer than recommended. I wouldn’t risk it ❤️

They might look normal but heat can break stuff down without changing appearance. I’d be nervous using it
