thoughts on deca dosing

hey everyone i been looking around different forums and seeing all kinds of different takes on deca dosing so i figured id see what you guys think too.

some people swear by keeping test at trt levels and blasting the deca high-like running 150 test with 500 deca or something. the logic there seems to be that keeping the e2 conversion low helps avoid sides but then other people say test should always be your main base... i was wondering wouldnt just throwing in some eq or primo do the same thing for the estrogen?

i already ran a test and primo cycle and then did another one for a cut with test primo and tren a which both went great honestly but now im looking at doing a long lean bulk. i really want to use deca because my dexa scans showed my bone density is on the lower side of normal-probably cause i lived a pretty rough lifestyle back in my early 20s. since deca is supposed to be great for bone mass i figured it makes sense to add it in.

my plan right now is 300 test 300 eq and 500 deca with my usual 5 iu of hgh but im not 100% set on that yet so let me know if you’d change anything or if that ratio seems off

honestly man i’ve tried the low test/high deca thing and it’s a total hit or miss. some guys swear it kills the "deca dick" and others hate it- personally i like keeping them closer to 1:1. 300 test and 500 deca sounds like a sweet spot but just watch that EQ. if it crashes your e2 too much while on deca your joints are gonna feel it.

thats actually smart using deca for the bone density stuff. people usually just talk about the "joint cushion" feel but the actual mineral density benefits are legit. 5iu gh on top of that is gonna have you feeling like wolverine lol. honestly the 300/300/500 split is a beefy cycle but if you handled tren well you'll probably be fine.

just a heads up if you havent ran EQ and Deca together before... the hunger is gonna be insane. between the EQ and the gh you might literally eat your way through your fridge. id maybe start the EQ a bit lower just to see where your estrogen lands? eq acts like an AI for some people so you dont want to tank your levels and feel like garbage.

I’ve seen both approaches work tbh - some guys feel amazing on low test/high deca, others feel flat or “off.” Kinda seems super individual

EQ or primo might help E2 a bit but deca brings prolactin stuff into the mix too, so it’s not exactly the same equation

300/500 doesn’t look crazy on paper but that’s a LONG ester stack so just be ready for it to take forever to fully kick in

If bone density is your goal it makes sense why you’d pick deca. My joints felt incredible on it, like I was made of rubber lol

Honestly after good runs with test/primo/tren you’ll probably be fine - just monitor how you feel more than chasing a “perfect” ratio
