hey everyone ive been digging around a lot trying to get a clear answer but havent really found anything solid yet
im planning to run trestolone acetate ment and im wondering what people usually stack with it and what they straight up avoid
like are injectables orals sarms prohormones etc actually worth combining with it and if so what kinda doses are people typically using
i have run multiple cycles before so im not new to gear but this would be my first time with trest so im trying to be careful and not just wing it
basically looking for some real world input on what works with it what doesnt and any general do’s and donts from people who have actually used it
ment is one of those compounds where less is usually smarter at first because that stuff can go from wow to why am i lactating and crying real fast lol. id honestly keep it simple first run and learn how you handle ment itself before turning it into a chemistry set with five other variables
honestly first time with trest is probably the worst possible moment to start getting creative with stacks lol. ment already has enough “what the hell is my body doing” potential by itself with estrogen blood pressure appetite mood all doing random nonsense. i’d personally treat it like meeting a crazy new girlfriend... maybe dont also move in together and buy a dog on day one. run it simple first so if something goes sideways you actually know what punched you in the face instead of blaming 4 compounds at once.
a lot of guys end up just running a simple base with it rather than building a whole cocktail, cause once you start adding orals or extras it gets pretty hard to tell what’s doing what and what’s making you feel like garbage. trest seems like one of those compounds where simplicity actually works better than complexity most of the time.
trest always seems like one of those compounds where dudes go in thinking “what can i stack with this” when the smarter first question is probably “how hard is this alone gonna smack me” lol. from what i’ve seen a lot of people who keep it simple end up having a way easier time than the guys trying to build some mega stack around it right out the gate.
ment is one of those compounds where “more stuff” can turn into “why is everything on fire” real quick lol. from what i’ve seen the biggest mistake is treating it like normal test and stacking a bunch of extra nonsense before you even know how hard it hits you personally.
i’d treat it more like testing a wild animal than adding another casual compound. keep it simple, keep doses sane, and learn how you personally respond before tossing in orals or random extras just because you can. a lotta guys seem to get themselves wrecked by overcomplicating trest before they even understand trest.
first trest run id honestly treat it less like “what can i stack with this” and more like “how chaotic is this by itself for me” lol. ment already has enough potential to make estrogen, bp, appetite, sleep, and your general sanity do weird stuff without adding extra moving parts just because the chemistry set is available.

personally if it was my first run i’d be way more focused on learning how you respond to ment itself before tossing in a bunch of extra variables, cause once sides start popping off it can get real confusing real quick trying to figure out what’s actually causing what.
a lot of guys avoid stacking other strong orals with it completely and even keep injectables minimal just so they can actually tell what’s doing what. it’s one of those compounds where less moving parts tends to make the whole thing a lot more manageable.
trest is one of those compounds where most people who’ve actually run it end up saying the same thing - it’s already doing a lot on its own so stacking too much usually just makes sides stack faster than gains. from what ive seen people either keep it super simple with a base test or they try to add extra stuff and end up wondering why sleep and mood went sideways. if it were me id treat it like something you don’t really “enhance” much, more just manage around it and see how you respond first before adding anything else into the mix.
trest is kinda one of those compounds where “stacking more stuff” usually goes the opposite direction of what people expect. it’s already very strong and very suppressive on its own, so most of the real world reports i’ve seen are just people keeping everything else super simple and stable around it rather than adding layers
