I’m trying to figure out the best way to dose Mast alongside my Testosterone. Is there a specific ratio you guys swear by? I've heard some people say it basically works like a SERM, so I’m wondering if you have to balance it carefully like you do with Primobolan.

When I run Primo, I usually stick to a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio of Test to Primo just to keep my estrogen from crashing or getting too high, though that obviously changes depending on the total dose. I know Masteron doesn't actually lower e2 numbers on a blood test the same way, but since it competes for the receptors, does the same logic apply? I’ve tried running them at a 1:1 ratio before, but I honestly just felt a bit off. How do you guys dial yours in?

yeah mast is weird because on paper people treat it like some magic estrogen bodyguard but real life can feel totally different. for me once mast gets too close to test i start feeling dry and kinda mentally edgy even if bloods dont look wild, definitely feels more like a symptom management game than some perfect ratio formula

there really isnt some magic mast to test ratio everybody magically responds to the same way. if 1 to 1 had you feeling weird then id trust that over any forum formula because mast can absolutely change how you feel without bloodwork looking crazy. sometimes lower just works better.

mast really doesnt behave like primo math where you can cleanly “balance” estrogen on paper. it’s more like it changes how you feel on the same e2 level rather than actually controlling it in a predictable way. that’s why 1 to 1 can feel off for some guys even if everything looks fine on bloods.
