mixed bag honestly- gains were real but so was the stress that came with it
don’t fully regret it but i def underestimated the mental side
progress was fast but maintaining it after was the hard part
it’s fun til bloodwork and sleep start going sideways
worth it short term, questionable long term for me
biggest surprise was how much it messed with my head not just my body
i’m glad i tried it but i wouldn’t rush into it again
For me, it was a mixed bag. Gains came fast, but the sides hit hard too-mood swings, acne, and some nights I couldn’t sleep at all
I don’t regret it entirely, but I wish I waited until I really knew my stuff. Jumping in too early made recovery rough
I’d say it’s worth it if you’re super disciplined and plan PCT, diet, and health monitoring carefully. Randomly hopping on? Not fun
The mental side surprised me most. Confidence spikes, but paranoia and anxiety can creep in too. You gotta be ready for all of it
the muscle gains were awesome, but you pay in other ways. Your body and hormones take a hit you don’t fully appreciate at first
